
Scored the fat on a 6lb bone in pork shoulder to render the fat


lemongrass and ginger in the bottom - wilbur on top

the pork butt roasted in a low oven for 6hrs..we drank beers

condiments: kimchi, ginger scallion sauce, bibb leaf lettuce, peanuts, and siracha

we fired our photographer and were to hongry to take em (use your imagination if ya got one)
