Chicken Cacciatore

it begins. chicken, flour, heat, james browned in batches.

"good job on those onions" - chef murray. "oh, thanks" - sous chef jon
we be sweatin' the veggies, ya heard.
1/2 a bottle of wine for the chicken. 1/2 a bottle for the chef.
disregard the blurriness. these aren't psychedelic.

rosemary and thyme, and time.
"welcome tomatoes." - "thank you."
these mushrooms were sauteed
you know we had to to test a mushroom.
